Oil mist separator OUF

Oil mist separator OUF is used for the separation of oil mist from processing machines, where cooling lubricants are used. Can be placed on the wall with 2 bolts.

By removing the oil mists you avoid drip from piping

OUK is a mulit-step oil mist separator for the separation of oil mist aerosoles in process air from processing machines, where cooling lubricants are used.

Oil mist separator type OUPC 500 - 1010

Compakt multi-stage filter for cooling lubricants for mounting directly on processing machines. For filtration of oil mist, emulsion mist, minimal quantity lubrication and oil smoke.

Poluted air is led in at the separator end to pre-separation chamber for air distribution and densification
The accumulated particles are led on to the washable pore filter PPi35 (50% higher eifficiency than alu-grease filter)
Then the air is fine-filtrated in cartridge filter type G104A. Separation degree > 99% af particles above 0.1µm
Beneath the first two filter stages a fluid reservoir with ½”-drain coct is located
Last filter stage is a HEPA-filter, filter class H13 that ensures removal of >99.95% smoke particles down to 0.1µm

Compakt multi-stage filter for cooling lubricants for floor mounting. For filtration of oil mist, emulsion mist, minimal quantity lubrication and oil smoke.

The polluted air is led into the bottom of the separator to the separation chamber for air distribution and densification
The accumulated particles are led on to the washable pore filter PPi35 (50% higher efficiency than alu-grease filter)
Then the air is fine-filtered in cartridge filter type G104A. Separation degree >99% of particles above 0.1µm
