Further data

Gram Roto-cleaning:

  • Cartridge filters clean efficiently with rotating plastic strips that clean the filter internally - also between the lamellas.
  • Cleaning process by external handle (turned 5-10 times after use of unit).
  • I.e. filter cleaning without disassembly of filters.

With automatic for Roto-cleaning the same efficient cleaning method is achieved, but here equipped with gear motor that ensures an uniform filter cleaning after each use.

This provides an optimat operating start and an increase in filter life.

Gram fill-level sensor type OEM monitors the filling of chip sacks and dust containers by photocell technology.

Sender and receiver are 1 unit that operates from distance measurement, i.e easy mounting.

Relay module is connected with yellow signal device or sounder.

OEM is normally delivered built into a unit, but it possible to retrofit it.

See brochure pages in product Group 9 (Electrical articles).

Gram filter guard has the purpose to monitor the filter condition by measuring the pressure difference above the filter.

The filter guard can reveal, whether the filter is saturated with dust, or whether the filter is burst.

Monitoring can take place in 2 ways:

  1. Minihelic-display manometer indicates the filter condition in kPa.
  2. Electric filter guard gives an alarm by signal device or sounder, when the filter condition changes above the set limit.

See brochure page regarding signal devices and sounders in product Group 9 (Electrical articles).
